How to better install Car Wrap?
1. body surface pretreatment
Wash the body thoroughly with a neutral cleaner to ensure no dust, oil or impurities remain, and wipe dry with a dry lint-free cloth .
For stubborn stains or old film residue, use alcohol or special adhesive remover to clean, avoid damage to the paint .
2.Block cropping and positioning
Cut the color changing film according to the body parts (such as doors, hood), reserve 5-10cm edge margin for stretching adjustment .
Lay the film on the target area and position it initially by “suspension method” or “rolling method” to ensure that the film surface fits the body naturally .
3. Hot Air Molding and stretching
Use a hot air gun (temperature 60-80℃) to evenly heat the film surface to enhance the ductility of the material, and gradually stretch it until it completely covers the target area 46.
Focus on the treatment of surface parts (such as wheel arch, rearview mirror), through the “finger belly pressing method” to eliminate wrinkles, to avoid excessive stretching caused by uneven color .
4.Exhaust bubble and edging treatment
Push from the center to the edge with a soft scraper to discharge the air under the film and keep the film surface smooth and bubble-free .
Precisely cut along the body creases (such as the edge of the door, the joint of the lamp set), use the heat gun to heat and wrap the edge inward for 3-5mm to enhance the bonding fastness .

To achieve a perfect finish
